Who is ACF
The Greater Indianapolis Chapter was founded in 1970 as the voice of culinarians in Central Indiana.
Indiana Chefs played a pivotal role in raising the status of Chefs nation wide and sent some of the first competitors to the Global Culinary Olympics representing the United States.

The chapter is part of the American Culinary Federation, the authority on cooking in America since 1929.
ACF is the premier professional chefs’ organization in North America with more than 20,000 members in more than 225 chapters.
Community Partners
Piazza Produce is a long time community partner of the Greater Indianapolis Chapter of the American Culinary Federation supporting the annual President's Gala and sponsoring multiple events each year with members of their team volunteering their time to help raise funds for scholarship and to engage with the community
Community partner Ivy Tech Community College and the School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality is a proud partner of the Greater Indianapolis Chapter of the American Culinary Federation
We are a proud supporter of the Hardesty Scholarship Fund, dedicated to the extraordinary memory of Chef Greg Hardesty
